TRIBALMAKER WOODART
Wood, driftwood artist, furniture maker living and creating in Costa Rica,
After years of traveling around the world, living, working and studying in different countries. Through this journey, observing from different cultures, collecting different skills, and getting professional with the years. Finally I found the perfect place and conditions for living and creating – Costa Rica.
The amazing land, nature, water, air, and the most important: the trees and the woods that exist here in this beautiful country.
After short time that I’m living here in Costa Rica, I fell in love with small peaceful mountain village , and opened a boutique workshop for woodworking. it’s called –TRIBALMAKER WOODART.
I feel lucky that I’m using the highest quality and the most unique classes of wood that exist in the world. They are extremely beautiful, and This Gives me the inspiration, feeling and the will to become one with the nature, live in harmony with the jungle, using the sources around me, for creating this art.
I’m collecting most of the pieces that I’m using from the beaches, rivers and the jungle, every piece of wood that I’m picking, Is a unique design by nature, moistly one time piece. In my work I’m trying as much that I can not to be involved, and let to the nature talk, I’m in charge only about the connection between the different pieces and the finish.
I’m working with driftwood, natural lines – rustic, straight lines and classic style. Never cutting or chopping live trees or part of them!!!. Only picking what the nature let me to pick, sometimes buying wood.
Al the pieces are – One time furniture, high quality, unique, with perfect finish, and strong for life time.
